The inventive half-brothers deliver plenty of wit in this superior animation. Sparring partners range from irritating older sister Candace and pet-cum-secret-agent Perry the Platypus to mad, bad scientist Dr Doofenshmirtz. In this episode, Dr Doof has a change of heart and decides to put his evil ways behind him. He even joins the agency as a probationer.

Perry is assigned to teach Doof to be a secret agent when the mad scientist decides to give up being evil.
