The Portuguese visitors go into this contest with a 2-1 lead from the previous leg, after goals in the last 15 minutes from former Liverpool left-back Emiliano Insua and Spanish international Diego Capel cancelled out Jon Aurtenetxe's opener for Bilbao, turning the tie in Sporting's favour.
