Here’s an extended anti-alcohol documentary showing how the police in Phoenix, Arizona, cope with the heavy drinking that surrounds Labor Day holiday weekend.
It’s intercut with scenes of wild student beach parties. But it’s not all po-faced prurient stuff, for there are some eye-opening scenes. How about three years in jail for drink driving? Or serving a sentence in a prison camp for the same offence and having to work on a chain gang?
