About this programme
6/7. Former mobile-phone recycling company owner Philip Johnston goes undercover in Swansea, a city hit heavily by unemployment and heroin addiction, and where there has been a 55 per cent increase in the number of children taken into care over the past 10 years. He learns about a charity supporting young people about to move on from being under the auspices of social services, and meets a couple raising money to pay for treatment for their daughter's brain tumour, and offers to do a parachute jump to help with their costs.
