About this programme

Part one of two. The actress explores the history of London's clubland, finding out about its larger-than-life characters including Peter Stringfellow and Edmundo Ros. With contributions by Victor Spinetti, Amanda Barrie, Una Stubbs, Fenella Fielding, Ruth Allen and Danny La Rue, who all began their careers by treading the boards of the capital's clubs.
