Brody's future in the balance. That slippery Vice-President turns up at his house and makes a suggestion: how about running for Congress? We knew this was in the offing, but here it is on a plate – a political career. That is, if Jessica can be persuaded that it won’t destroy their family, again.
As always, Damian Lewis is superb as Brody. Is he kind of noble? Is he a monster? But however mesmerising Brody is, it’s Carrie who steals our hearts. Here our heroine is on
the trail of the Saudi diplomat who helped Walker and who has, Saul reveals, two major secrets.
About this programme
10/12. Carrie and Saul identify Walker's contact, only to discover he has diplomatic immunity, meaning they have to tread lightly to avoid triggering an international incident. Brody is approached about running for the House of Representatives, and while Jessica hates the idea of the family being in the public eye, he realises this is his best way of signalling to Abu Nazir that he is still on board with their plan. Drama, starring Damian Lewis, Claire Danes and Mandy Patinkin.
