About this programme
4/8. The Stobart Rail crew mans the 17-ton Gopher reballasting machine to conduct overnight repairs on a train track, while driver Tim Fox travels to a recycling plant to collect a load of sawdust destined for a farm, but traffic jams and ambiguous directions cause his temper to fray. Elsewhere, ambitious planner Paul Heffernan temporarily swaps his desk job for a taste of life on the road as a long-distance trucker.
