About this programme

3/10. The officers track down a builder who asked an 86-year-old pensioner to pay £4,000 for a botched job on her roof, and try to locate a landlord who refused to return his tenants their deposits when they left. They also help an office manager who was unfairly dismissed to claim the compensation she was awarded.
