About this programme
1/8. Return of the documentary following life at the Grosvenor Hotel, Torquay. It's the start of the summer season and, with manager Mark facing an uphill struggle to stay in business, he plans to go upmarket and attract wealthy guests by staging special events. Newly promoted Christian will be running these functions, and his first task is to showcase the hotel with a glitzy ball and gala dinner.
