About this programme

9/25. Ty Pennington and the team visit the family of a man who died from cancer shortly after getting work started on renovating the local mill, which is now a key community building. Sadly, he never found time to improve his own home and, before his death, asked the team to give his loved ones the house he always wanted for them.
