Hopeless Phil Dunphy, two-time non-consecutive winner of the Realtor of the Year Award, is resorting to desperate measures to boost his flagging estate agent business. He plans a seminar for home-buyers, but its success hangs on the cooperation of his stroppy daughter and barmy wife.
These are stressful times, too, for Cam and Mitchell, who want to adopt another baby. They’re interviewed by a prospective birth mother, a dreadful woman who insists upon feng shui-ing their house and making them sing her a song because she wants the child to be musical. Alas, Cam discovers the power of cheap music when a rendition of If You Leave Me Now has a curious effect.
