4/6. The trouble-shooting businesswoman turns her attention to a family-run car-repair garage in Ashton under Lyne, Greater Manchester. Mum and co-owner Jan Lord despairs of the trouble the company is in, but Alex soon discovers the family's customer service skills are poor, the workplace is a mess and youngest son and MOT supremo Adam spends more time messing about than working. Can she do enough to turn the business around?
