6/13. Lisa Kelly and GW Boles head to south-west Bolivia to transport 32 llamas across Salar de Uyuni, the world's largest salt flat. However, the barren, lithium-rich terrain renders most of their navigation equipment useless, forcing them to rely on a malfunctioning GPS to guide them to their destination. Back on the `Death Road', Hugh Rowland, Tim Zickuhr and Tino Rodriguez ferry several tons of bricks to a remote location, but two of the drivers have worryingly lax attitudes toward the task.
