Blue Peter presenter Helen Skelton prepares to travel 500 miles across Antarctica as she embarks on another charity challenge to raise money for Sport Relief. The trek forms the latest in a series of feats undertaken by the 28-year-old, who has already walked a tight-rope between two chimneys at Battersea Power Station, and kayaked along the Amazon river for good causes.
