How’s this for a bad idea – Meredith going back to neuro to work alongside husband Derek. Of course, the problems pile up immediately with the result being one of Derek’s famous “What were you thinking!” lectures.
The Shepherds aren’t the only ones rowing. Cristina’s paranoia has reached such heights that a conversation with flirty nurse Emily plays out as follows: “Dr Yang, can I do anything?” “Can you stop SCREWING my husband!”

17/24. Derek and Meredith's relationship is tested when they work together in the operating room, while Webber attracts the attention of visiting surgeon Catherine Avery. Elsewhere in the hospital, Owen and Cristina's marriage is threatened when she confronts Emily about her husband's feelings for her.
