Four amateur cooks from Preston, Lancashire, compete for the £1,000 prize. Customer services co-ordinator Janet McCabe, nursery manager Rick Monk, theatre and film director Graham Easterlow and office manager Sue Braithwaite take turns hosting dinner parties that feature a pyjama dress code, a game-themed menu and an evening inspired by the Swinging Sixties.
