Part two of two. Dr Wlodzimierz `Papa' Boladz, now aged 101 years old, recalls how he was welcomed by the community in Ystradgynlais when he arrived with his family shortly after the end of the Second World War. He discusses how his career ran parallel with the rise of the NHS, and reveals why the conditions he was called to treat led caused him to develop a hatred of deep mines.
