About this programme
23/24. The finalists face their penultimate challenge, cooking three courses consisting of one dish each for 10 chefs - all of whom have at least two Michelin stars. They will have to believe in the food they designed and execute their timing flawlessly if they are to impress some of Europe's cooking elite with their mentors Michel Roux Jr and Gregg Wallace looking on.
