About this programme
21/24. The four remaining chefs are asked to prove their creativity, as judges Gregg Wallace and Michel Roux Jr push them to the limits of their ability. The contestants have 1hour 45min to prepare a starter and main, and are given various cuts of beef, a whole chicken and giblets as inspiration.
