About this programme
22/24. The finalists travel to Girona, Catalonia, where they are challenged to work in the kitchens of the three Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca, where they prepare dishes using local produce for the formidable Roca brothers. They are also asked to cook the restaurant's six-course tasting menu - including baby squid on mashed potato - for judges Michel Roux Jr and Gregg Wallace and a selection of regular diners.
