About this programme

7/8. Kirstie Allsopp visits the Nidderdale agricultural show in the Yorkshire Dales and enters the produce competition, taking up butchery to create meat-based fare. She tries her hand at cooking a pork pie, learns how to make her own sausages and finds out what goes into brawn - a dish usually derived from a pig's head.
