About this programme

1/6. The story of a British Airways flight in June 1990 that came close to disaster when the cockpit windscreen broke. The pilot was sucked out almost immediately, but was saved by an air steward holding on to his legs, while the co-pilot wrestled with the controls to bring both plane and passengers down safely.
