About this programme

5/8. Karl Pilkington travels to Africa to spend time with rare mountain gorillas, and does charity work and caravan-based exploring along the way. He also prepares a meal for a tribal king, encounters a rhinoceros and discovers a hippopotamus that lives in a house. Karl finally arrives in Uganda to see the gorillas after a 12-hour drive, but is not pleased by the ensuing 10-hour jungle trek.
