6/30. A man with a suspected dislocated shoulder is stranded at 4,000ft on a ridge leading up to Ben Nevis, and the Sea King helicopter struggles to reach him due to a powerful wind. Corporal Andy Firth faces a hazardous winch down to the casualty - but the weather becomes increasingly volatile. Elsewhere, the coastguard is alerted to a kayaker who has gone missing on Loch Maree during a violent storm and must find him before he develops hypothermia.
