Cultural Revolution

About this programme

Michael Bradley investigates Londonderry's bid to become UK city of culture. It was badly affected by the Troubles, but 30 years on, the city has undergone a renaissance, with new arts centres springing up beside renovated historic buildings, all enclosed by the city walls. He examines whether Londonderry has really left the bad old days far enough behind to emerge as a national cultural centre.
