A new series of the cheerful property-finding show and a return to normality for Phil Spencer after his empty-house scandal programme and Kirstie Allsopp, who has put away her crafting materials.

The pair are back to what they do best, pounding pavements to find the perfect house for people with big dreams. In the opener, Allsopp and Spencer help two couples looking for homes in south-east London. Cruise-ship workers Peter and Jason want somewhere permanent to lay their heads, while designers Nadine and Toby want a refurbishment project that has, get this, a “good narrative”.

Two pairs of buyers enlist the help of Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer to find their ideal properties in south-east London. Cruise ship workers Peter and Jason are looking forward to setting up home together in the popular suburb of Beckenham, while designers Nadine and Toby want a house in need of refurbishment within their £350,000 budget.
