Ant and Dec are joined by Holly Willoughby to host the conclusion of the two-part festive fundraising initiative, which aims to raise money for those most vulnerable during the festive period. Stars taking part in the show include Paddy McGuinness, who attempts to appear in as many pantomimes as possible across Britain, and the cast of ITV2's The Only Way Is Essex performing their single Last Christmas. There will also be surprises and inspiring stories that aim to encourage viewers to make text donations to the programme's charities, which include Crisis, Samaritans and Great Ormond Street Children's Charity.
