About this programme
12/12. Meera Syal writes and stars in this festive comedy short about her younger self. It is 1970 and Meera wants to celebrate Christmas, but her parents do not feel the same way. Just as she is starting to lose her festive spirit the young girl meets her Uncle Satnam, who has a bushy white beard and a taste for mince pies and sherry.
