Conclusion. Gordon Ramsay demonstrates more of his favourite festive recipes, focusing on alternatives to the traditional turkey. He cooks a honey-glazed ham with pear and saffron chutney, and with the help of his daughters makes a winter pumpkin soup. For a Boxing Day supper he prepares salmon nicoise complemented by a tarragon dressing and a panna cotta with pomegranate glaze. Gordon also has a seasonal take on beef Wellington and bakes vanilla shortbread with creme fraiche and clementines.
