The first round continues at Wembley Arena with the clash between Allister Carter and Mark Williams. Carter enjoyed a 6-0 victory over Peter Ebdon at this stage last year, but his hopes were dashed in the quarter-finals as he lost 6-2 to eventual champion Ronnie O'Sullivan.
