5/10. Dominic Littlewood and Melinda Messenger visit a Berkshire couple who remortgaged their property to pay for a two-storey extension on the rear of their house. Although the work was almost paid for, the builder left an unfinished shell and the roof of the property unstable, so the team sets about fixing and finishing off the work while Dom puts the rogue trader - who has more than 50 years of experience in the business - under surveillance.
