About this programme

3/9. Executive Larry O'Donnell goes undercover to experience life as a front-line worker in his waste management company. As well as taking on menial duties such as cleaning out portable toilets, he witnesses how his cost-cutting policies are forcing his drivers to neglect their own hygiene, and assesses whether he needs to make changes to the way his firm is run.
