About this programme

The chef, restaurateur and TV presenter enjoys the festive season in his adopted county. He experiences the tradition of wassailing, goes ice skating at the Eden Project, and joins Port Isaac shanty singers Fisherman's Friends. Using local ingredients, he also prepares a banquet for all his acquaintances, accompanied by local music and drinks.
