About this programme

The chef demonstrates culinary ideas brought back from his travels around the Far East, including recipes designed to solve the cooking dilemma faced by many at Christmas - what to do with leftover turkey. He prepares a Vietnamese turkey salad, creates a nasi goreng, conducts a coffee taste test and takes inspiration from Sri Lanka for a cashew nut curry.
