Liverpool v Debrecen (Kick-off 7.45pm). The Reds begin their Group E campaign at Anfield tonight, as they entertain the relatively unknown quantity of the Hungarian champions. This will be the first meeting between the teams and marks the visitors' debut appearance at this stage of the competition, as they bid to record arguably the biggest scalp in their history. The hosts have started the domestic season poorly, but have generally saved their best form for Europe in recent years and are favourites to begin their assault on Barcelona's crown by collecting maximum points this evening.
