2/7. Jeremy Wade heads to Thailand in search of the giant freshwater stingray, one of the world's largest and most terrifying river fish. Armed with a venomous 10in barb on the end of its whip-like tail, this 700lb predator tests the extreme angler to his physical limits, eventually snapping his rod and ripping his bicep.
