4/40. The would-be chefs invent a dish in 40 minutes using ingredients given to them, before preparing dinner for 300 people at Thai restaurant Busaba Eathai. Finally, they rustle up a two-course meal for judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace, hoping they will make it into tomorrow's quarter-final.
