About this programme

1/40. John Torode and Gregg Wallace host the gruelling cookery challenge. The first six contestants prepare a dish from scratch against the clock. Only three will go through to the next stage - cooking for 150 customers in London restaurant Papageno. The final test is to make a two-course meal for the presenters.
