About this programme
21/24. A man's mistress is found murdered, adding a further unpleasant dimension to his already acrimonious divorce - and before the CSIs can begin their investigation, another body turns up. A suspect is eventually identified, and the case goes to court, but a wily defence attorney manages to have Delko, whose evidence is vital, ruled unfit to testify.
