She begins by making a dinner-party dish of whisky and chilli tiger prawns, before sharing her top three flavour enhancers and revealing the items she keeps on hand in the kitchen. She also conjures up mascarpone and ginger creme brulee, salt and pepper breadsticks and sticky glazed Asian ham.
