10/24. Wilson strikes a deal with Tritter that will send House to rehab for two months if he pleads guilty to illegally obtaining drugs, but he refuses to accept it. As the team starts treating a 15-year-old girl with a collapsed lung, Cuddy takes him off the case and cuts off the medic's supply of painkillers until he accepts the offer.
