6/22. The doctor treats a schizophrenic woman admitted with a pulmonary embolism, but soon realises there must be more to her case when she starts bleeding excessively. He finds a tumour on the patient's liver which could explain the blood, but refuses to give up on his theory that the original diagnosis of mental illness was incorrect - and Chase's solution to the puzzle could change the woman's life for ever.
