The NCIS machine rumbles on like a well-oiled machine in this episode, which covers such myriad topics as I Love Lucy, CIA cash, Afghan warlords, MI6 and the “special relationship”. Gibbs and the team are investigating the murder of a petty officer doing a bit of side work for the CIA, but come up against the might of the Royal Navy when clues lead them to a British vessel in American waters. Plenty of sabre-rattling as Gibbs locks horns with a sophisticated British naval liaison officer.
About this programme
4/24. The team becomes involved in an international incident when the body of an American petty officer is found by an estate agent in a bungalow that has been repossessed. An indentation on the victim's skull leads the agents to believe he was killed on a British ship, but collecting evidence from the vessel proves challenging. Guest starring Tracy Middendorf, Daniel Gillies and Kristen Ariza.
