About this programme
22/24. A police officer is thrown to his death from a window, and the only witness to the crime is an eight-year-old girl. A series of strange clues links the girl to the murder of another detective nine years ago. Mulder becomes convinced the child is the reincarnation of the victim, and has developed telekinetic powers that she is using to avenge her own death.
