About this programme

18/40. Chefs Richard Corrigan and Noel McMeel continue their battle to represent Northern Ireland in the National final to cater for the magnificent French banquet in Paris. Both have decided to cook a lamb dish for the main course, but while Richard prepares two cuts of mountain lamb, Noel chooses to serve his with black pudding and sweetbreads. Jennie Bond presents.
