4/6. Mary Portas visits Kingston upon Thames in south-west London in a bid to save a homeware shop that has lost £45,000 over the course of a year, but she is faced with a bizarre range of stock that needs rebuilding from scratch and two owners who are struggling to move into the 21st century. The retail expert enlists the help of avant-garde interior experts and arranges selling trips to local figures including entrepreneur Jo Wood in the hope that she can reinvent the store.
