About this programme

The team returns to Norfolk to visit David Forster, whose hugely ambitious project was to convert an ageing Victorian water tower into a six-floor family home. During the last visit, the inventor was at the end of his tether after setbacks with planning permission and roof-replacement had left him behind on his deadlines and over budget. George Clarke updates his progress four years into the build.
