5/6. Three years ago, Nick and Talitha Bailey-Brain bought two fields with the intention of creating a smallholding with a large barn, but have done nothing with their purchase despite keeping up the mortgage payments. Monty Don arrives to give them direction, but their lack of experience, the absence of a financial safety net, and Nick's health issues are serious obstacles to realising their dream.
