The Olympic memories come flooding back as the BBC bathes us in 2012 nostalgia. No point trying to resist. Inspire: the Olympic Journey is the first of a series devoted to the buzzword they never tired of in the sitcom Twenty Twelve – “legacy”. Gabby Logan is looking ahead to next year’s Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and introducing potential stars for Rio in 2016.
