About this programme

3/8. A couple move from Wigan to the Lancashire countryside, where they plan to transform a Grade II-listed windmill and a 1980s house into a modern family home. While Ian Greenhalgh works long hours at a law firm, his wife Elpi takes on the role of project manager, despite having a one-year-old son to look after - but becomes disillusioned with the conversion when the money runs out.
